Optris GmbH would like to thank you for visiting our website and for the interest you have shown in our company.

Any entry and storage of personal data on our web site takes place exclusively on a voluntary basis and in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
Such data are submitted chiefly in the course of online logins or for the purpose of contacting you so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. Personal data are stored and used in compliance with applicable legal standards.

In principle you can visit Optris GmbH’s website without having to disclose personal data. Please note however that this website uses Google Analytics, a website traffic analysis service proposed by Google Inc. (‘Google’). This website uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect data on visitor behavior. The data is collected anonymously for use in marketing and optimization. Any personal data you provide on-line will be collected, processed and used for the purposes specified by you, and for the sending of information and advertising materials of Optris GmbH.                 
With a view to enabling Optris GmbH to keep up its excellent customer service your personal data will be stored, processed and used at Optris GmbH’s as explained above. Any personal data submitted by you will however be used for internal purposes only, they will not be sold to third parties nor marketed otherwise.
You may withdraw your consent to our using such data at any time, such revocation being effective for future uses. Please send an e-mail to this effect to info@optris.de.

Statutory deadlines for deleting data:
The legislature has decreed multiple obligations and time limits concerning the retention of data. After such periods have expired the corresponding data will be routinely deleted. Data not affected by such provisions will be deleted when above purposes cease to apply.
