Any personal data you provide on-line will be collected, processed and used for the purposes specified by you, and for the sending of information and advertising materials of Optris GmbH.                 
With a view to enabling Optris GmbH to keep up its excellent customer service your personal data will be stored, processed and used at Optris GmbH’s as explained above. Any personal data submitted by you will however be used for internal purposes only, they will not be sold to third parties nor marketed otherwise.

Statutory deadlines for deleting data:
The legislature has decreed multiple obligations and time limits concerning the retention of data. After such periods have expired the corresponding data will be routinely deleted. Data not affected by such provisions will be deleted when above purposes cease to apply.
